About Me

Luci Harmon Hunt ISD SuperintendentLuci Harmon has served as Superintendent of Hunt ISD since June of 2018. She came to Hunt ISD after serving in Nueces Canyon CISD for more than fifteen years. She has been a primary classroom teacher, an elementary math teacher, a middle school math teacher, an elementary principal, and a secondary principal.  

 

Mrs. Harmon earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, her Master's degree from Lamar University, and her Superintendent Certification from the University of Texas at Tyler. Mrs. Harmon is passionate about data driven teaching and loves watching students grow both in character and in learning.  

 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a devoted wife and mother. She has been married to her husband Greg for 30 years and is the proud mother of three children. Her daughter Ashley lives in Chicago with her husband Mario and two grand-dogs, Tucker and Cooper, while her two sons, Jacob and Wesley, recently graduated from Sam Houston State University.
